Delicious and healthy homemade fruit gummies made with fresh fruit and gelatin, perfect for a nutritious snack.
Ingredients
Fruits

fresh fruit (~1 cup blended)

honey or agave

(Heat to deactivate bromelain enzyme)

(Add water if needed for blending)
Instructions
Blend all fruits until smooth.
Sprinkle gelatin over lemon juice, stir, and let sit 5 minutes.
Heat fruit purée with honey until warm (~120˚F), avoiding boiling. For pineapple, heat to 176˚F for 8 minutes to deactivate enzymes.
Mix gelatin and lemon juice into the warm purée, stir until dissolved, then cool 5 minutes.
Pour mixture into molds, refrigerate 1.5 hours until set. Remove and dry overnight.
Notes
Use a light spray of oil on molds for easy removal.
