Instructions
In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
Add chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Pour in beef broth and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cabbage is tender and flavors meld.
Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
Notes
You can add a dash of hot sauce or sprinkle some cheese on top for extra flavor.
