Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large sauté pan, then set aside.
Cook the onion until soft, then add garlic for the last 30 seconds.
Add flour, stir, then slowly add beef broth and bring to a boil.
Stir in tomato sauce, seasonings, and pasta; simmer until pasta is tender.
Add cream and cheese, stir until melted, then return beef to pan.
Let rest for a minute before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
