Ingredients

Water

  • 1 cup water

Tea bag

  • 1 bag black tea or chai tea bag

Milk

  • ½ cup milk

Cinnamon

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Sweetener

  • optional sweetener (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Boil 1 cup of water.
  • Add the tea bag and steep for 3-5 minutes.
  • Mix in cinnamon.
  • Pour in milk and heat without boiling.
  • Add vanilla extract and sweetener if desired.
  • Strain and serve warm.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness to your preference or add more vanilla for a richer flavor.
