Lime Dressing
2tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonlime juice

0.5teaspoongarlic powder

Instructions
Mix honey, chipotle peppers, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lime juice in a small bowl.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for 6–8 minutes per side until cooked through.
Drizzle sauce over chicken, let rest, then slice.
Assemble bowls with rice, beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, avocado, and cilantro. Optional: whisk lime dressing ingredients and drizzle over bowls.
