Delicious and chewy honey coconut oat bars perfect for a quick snack or breakfast on the go.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

rolled oats

flour

brown sugar

shredded unsweetened coconut

butter

honey

water

baking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease an 11x7 inch pan.
Mix oats, flour, coconut, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
Heat butter, honey, and water until melted; remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
Combine wet mixture with dry ingredients and press into the pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden; cool and cut into 14 bars.
