Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Sauces & Condiments

  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions chopped green onions

Garlic

  • 3 cloves minced garlic

Instructions 

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned (about 5 minutes).
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Stir in honey and soy sauce; mix well.
  • Add broccoli and cook until bright green (3-4 minutes).
  • Fold in chopped green onions before serving.
