A quick and flavorful dish combining ground turkey with a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Optional Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
  • 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Neutral Oil (Canola or Avocado)

Instructions 

  • Mince garlic and chop green onions.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 30 seconds.
  • Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add ground turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked, breaking it apart.
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil; pour over turkey and simmer 3-4 minutes. Add red pepper flakes if desired and cook 1 more minute. Stir in green onions and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice before serving.
