A quick and flavorful salmon dish glazed with honey and lime, perfect for a healthy dinner.

salmon filet, skin removed
(smaller or larger fish works as well)

honey

lime
lime, zested and juiced

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking pan with foil and place the salmon on top.
Whisk together honey, lime zest, lime juice, cayenne, and garlic. Brush over the salmon.
Bake for 15 minutes until cooked and flaky. Optional: broil for 1 minute to brown.
