A quick and flavorful salmon dish glazed with honey and lime, perfect for a healthy dinner.

Ingredients

Main

  • 2 pounds salmon filet, skin removed (smaller or larger fish works as well)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lime lime, zested and juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt & pepper salt & pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking pan with foil and place the salmon on top.
  • Whisk together honey, lime zest, lime juice, cayenne, and garlic. Brush over the salmon.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until cooked and flaky. Optional: broil for 1 minute to brown.
