Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Whisk together lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper for the glaze.
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Sear in oil until golden, then flip and pour glaze over. Transfer to oven and cook until flaky (~15 min).
While salmon cooks, prepare toppings and warm tortillas.
Flake salmon, spoon glaze over, and assemble tacos with toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh cilantro and hot sauce.
