Instructions
Combine lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to make marinade. Marinate fish in refrigerator for 1-24 hours.
Mix flour with salt and pepper on a plate. Lightly dredge each fillet in the flour mixture.
Heat 1-2 Tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fillets 3-4 minutes per side until opaque and browned.
Serve with lime wedges or peach salsa.
Notes
Ensure not to disturb the fish while cooking for best browning.
