Instructions
Mix honey, mustard, garlic, vinegar, lemon zest, salt, paprika, oregano, pepper, onion powder, thyme, and hot sauce to create marinade.
Marinate salmon in half of the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast potatoes and broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 20 minutes.
Cook salmon in a skillet or oven until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes, brushing with reserved marinade.
Serve salmon with roasted potatoes and broccoli, garnished with parsley if desired.
