Olive oil spray
Instructions
Peel the sweet potatoes and chop into bite-sized chunks.
Toss the sweet potato chunks with olive oil, salt, and smoked paprika. Roast at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.
Cook the beef mince in a skillet until browned, then stir in taco seasoning and hot honey.
Prepare the tenderstem broccoli by steaming or sautéing until tender.
Assemble bowls with roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned beef, cottage cheese, sliced avocado, and broccoli.
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle with additional hot honey before serving.
