A flavorful and easy-to-make salmon wrap with a sweet and spicy honey hot sauce, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Sauces and Condiments

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon 2% or skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Vegetables

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (green or purple)
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallion

Dairy and Butter

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 medium clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Hot Sauce & Spices

  • 1-2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Wraps and Fillings

  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 avocados pitted and thinly sliced avocados
  • 2 cups cooked diced salmon
  • 4 burrito-sized flour tortillas flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • Mix mayonnaise, milk, honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes to make the hot honey sauce.
  • Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant, then add honey and cook briefly.
  • Spread the sauce on the tortillas, then layer with cabbage, avocado, salmon, and scallions.
  • Wrap tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, chill the wrapped rolls before serving.
