Ingredients

Espresso

  • 1 shot Costa Rica TarrazĂș espresso

Milk

  • 150 ml cold milk or oat milk

Sweetener

  • 2 teaspoons liquid honey

Ice

  • 1 glass full ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Stir honey into warm espresso until dissolved.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the honey-espresso mixture over the ice.
  • Add cold milk to fill the glass.
  • Optional: top with a dollop of milk foam or a drop of honey.
