A refreshing and indulgent iced mocha combines rich coffee, chocolate, and creamy milk for a perfect treat.

Ingredients

Milk (warm)

  • 0.25 cup milk (warm)

Milk (cold)

  • 2 cups milk (cold)
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (more to drizzle)

Whipped cream

  • to taste whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Warm ΒΌ cup milk and dissolve 2 tablespoons of instant coffee in it. Add sugar, cocoa powder, and mix well.
  • Stir in 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup until combined. Set aside.
  • In a blender, combine 2 cups cold milk with the coffee mixture. Add ice if desired and blend until frothy.
  • Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, and drizzle with additional chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes

Adjust sugar and chocolate syrup to taste for a sweeter or richer flavor.
