A refreshing and creamy iced vanilla latte perfect for warm days, combining sweet vanilla syrup, rich espresso, and smooth milk over ice.
Ingredients
Vanilla Syrup

cane sugar

water

tbsp
vanilla extract or vanilla bean, sliced in half lengthwise

espresso

milk (oat milk)

vanilla syrup
Garnish

whipped cream (coconut milk whipped cream)

Instructions
Prepare vanilla syrup by boiling water and sugar, then add vanilla extract or vanilla bean and simmer until thickened. Let cool.
Brew 2 shots of espresso and set aside.
Fill a glass with ice, pour in vanilla syrup, espresso, and milk. Stir well.
Top with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles if desired.
Notes
Adjust vanilla syrup and milk to taste for sweetness and creaminess.
