A refreshing and creamy iced vanilla latte perfect for warm days, combining sweet vanilla syrup, rich espresso, and smooth milk over ice.

Ingredients

Vanilla Syrup

  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean, sliced in half lengthwise (see notes)
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 cup ice
  • 0.5-1 cup milk (oat milk)
  • 1-2 tbsp vanilla syrup

Garnish

  • to taste whipped cream (coconut milk whipped cream)
  • optional rainbow sprinkles

Instructions 

  • Prepare vanilla syrup by boiling water and sugar, then add vanilla extract or vanilla bean and simmer until thickened. Let cool.
  • Brew 2 shots of espresso and set aside.
  • Fill a glass with ice, pour in vanilla syrup, espresso, and milk. Stir well.
  • Top with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles if desired.

Notes

Adjust vanilla syrup and milk to taste for sweetness and creaminess.
