Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas large flour tortillas

Vegetables

  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Seasoning

Instructions 

  • Rinse and pat dry the shrimp.
  • Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  • Cook shrimp in olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  • Spread mayonnaise and lemon juice on a tortilla, add lettuce, tomatoes, shrimp, and Parmesan, then roll up.
  • Slice in half and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan before serving.
