Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients for the batter and combine with wet ingredients until smooth.
Prepare the lemon filling by mixing Greek yogurt, sugar, egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Pour batter into a greased baking pan, spread lemon filling over it, and sprinkle topping mixture on top.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Ensure not to overmix the batter for a tender crumb.
