Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix olive oil with minced garlic; set aside.
Prepare vegetables: dice bell pepper and zucchini, slice onion, halve tomatoes.
Toss vegetables with garlic oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Brush flatbreads with garlic oil, bake 3-4 min, then add sauce, cheese, and vegetables. Bake 8-12 min until bubbly. Garnish, slice, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
