Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken thighs

sweet chili sauce

Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Cook chicken thighs in a skillet until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger, then add sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, simmer briefly.
Add sliced bell peppers and broccoli to the skillet, cook until tender.
Return chicken to the skillet, toss to coat, then serve over rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
