  • 2/3 cup Honey (Can substitute with agave syrup or maple syrup)

Ground Nuts

  • 1 cup Ground Pistachios (Can substitute with ground almonds or sunflower seeds)

Flours

  • 2 cups Almond Flour (Can swap with coconut flour, reduce to 1 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (Use pure extract for best results)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda (Ensure it's fresh)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Orange Juice (Can substitute with lemon juice)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (Creates a syrupy consistency)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line your cake pan.
  • Blend oranges and eggs until smooth, then mix in honey, vanilla, and orange juice.
  • In a separate bowl, combine ground pistachios, almond flour, baking soda, and mix well.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool.
