These soft, buttery dinner rolls infused with garlic and parsley are perfect for any meal or special occasion.
Ingredients
Dough

whole milk (240g), warm (around 110°F)

active dry yeast or instant yeast

Instructions
Warm the milk and dissolve yeast with a pinch of sugar; let sit until frothy.
Mix in sugar, eggs, salt, and softened butter; gradually add flour to form a soft dough.
Knead the dough until smooth, then let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Divide dough into 12 pieces, shape into rolls, and place on a baking sheet.
Mix garlic and parsley into melted butter; brush over the rolls before baking at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush with garlic butter again after baking.
