boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)

mayonnaise

Instructions
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Toss chicken with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Marinate 30 minutes.
Thread chicken onto skewers and grill 3–4 minutes per side until cooked.
Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and vinegar for the sauce.
Brush skewers with sauce, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
