Ingredients

Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon canola oil

Meat

  • 1 lb ground turkey

Vegetables

  • 1 yellow onion yellow onion (chopped)
  • 4 garlic cloves garlic cloves (minced)

Spices & Cans

  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 oz can tomatoes with chilies (undrained)
  • 1 squeeze fresh lime juice

Tortillas

  • 4 tortilla shells tortilla shells

Instructions 

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, ground turkey, onion, and garlic; cook until browned.
  • Add chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and tomatoes; stir to combine.
  • Reduce heat and cook for 1-2 minutes. Squeeze lime juice over mixture. Serve in tortillas.

For extra flavor, top with fresh cilantro or cheese.
