This Juicy Steak with Creamy Garlic Sauce is a delightful dish that combines perfectly seared ribeye steaks with a rich and flavorful garlic sauce.
Ingredients

ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)

unsalted butter

garlic (smashed)

fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions
Pat the steaks dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet, add olive oil, and sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side.
Add butter, smashed garlic, and herbs to the skillet, spooning melted butter over the steaks. Remove and let rest.
In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté minced garlic, then stir in cream and bring to a simmer. Add cheese, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Slice the steaks against the grain and serve topped with the creamy garlic sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the steaks marinate in olive oil, garlic, and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
