  • 3 cups shredded cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 head cauliflower chopped
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  • Mix buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and turkey in a large bowl.
  • Sauté onions and cauliflower in butter until soft, about 5 minutes.
  • Combine all mixture in the baking dish, sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese melts. Cool slightly before serving.
