Deliciously rich and creamy, these Keto Swedish Meatballs are a perfect low-carb comfort food.
Ingredients
Meatball Mixture

ground beef

ground pork
1/4
cup
almond flour

egg
1/4

heavy cream
1/2
tsp
allspice
1/2
tsp
nutmeg
to taste
salt and pepper
Gravy
1/4
cup
butter
1/2
cup
heavy cream
1
cup
beef broth
1
tsp
dijon mustard
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine ground beef, ground pork, almond flour, egg, heavy cream, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
Cook meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
Melt butter in the same skillet, stir in heavy cream, beef broth, and Dijon mustard. Cook until thickened.
Return meatballs to skillet and coat in gravy. Simmer for a few minutes.
Serve garnished with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the meatballs rest in the gravy for a few minutes before serving.
