A quick and flavorful Korean-inspired ground beef bowl that's easy to prepare and perfect for weeknight dinners.

Instructions
Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, gochujang, and red pepper flakes until sugar dissolves.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef in a thin layer; cook undisturbed 3-4 minutes until dark crust forms.
Break beef into crumbles; cook 3-4 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add garlic and ginger; sauté 60 seconds until fragrant. Pour glaze over beef; stir 2-3 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
Serve 1 cup rice in bowls, top with beef, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Using freshly grated ginger and minced garlic enhances flavor. Adjust red pepper flakes for spice preference.
