A flavorful and easy Korean-inspired ground beef bowl with caramelized glaze served over jasmine rice.
Ingredients

lean ground beef 90% lean

tbsp
toasted sesame oil

cloves
garlic, minced

fresh ginger, grated

low-sodium soy sauce

raw honey

crushed red pepper flakes

cooked jasmine rice

green onions
thinly sliced

toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
Add ground beef; sear undisturbed for 5-7 minutes. Break into crumbles and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Pour in soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until glazed.
Divide jasmine rice into bowls. Top with glazed beef, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional sesame seeds or add a fried egg on top.
