Ingredients

Dairy

  • 300 g whipping cream (cold)
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g thick plain yogurt (e.g., Greek yogurt)

Gelatin

  • 10 g gelatin sheets
  • 30 g hot milk (any fat percentage)

Fruits & Sauces

  • 180 g thick strawberry sauce or jam
  • Extra strawberry sauce for topping extra strawberry sauce for topping
  • 4 pieces fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Whip the cold cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the yogurt to the whipped cream until smooth.
  • Sprinkle gelatin sheets into hot milk, stir until dissolved, then add to the cream mixture.
  • Layer strawberry sauce at the bottom of cups, add mousse, then top with extra strawberry sauce and garnish with strawberries.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
