  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 3 cups leftover roast beef
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1.5 cups gravy
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon dehydrated garlic (or garlic powder)
  • 2 teaspoons dehydrated onion (or onion powder)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cube beef and mix with peas, carrots, gravy, garlic, and onion.
  • Spread mixture in a 10x10 baking dish.
  • Top with mashed potatoes and smooth with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for 25-30 mins.
