A quick and delicious way to transform leftover turkey into a creamy pasta dish perfect for any day.
Ingredients
Pasta

penne pasta
1
cup
leftover turkey, cubed
1/2
cup
frozen peas
2
tbsp
butter
3
cloves
garlic
(peeled and finely chopped)
1
cup
heavy cream
(double cream)
1/4
cup
parmesan, grated
1/4
tsp
ground black pepper

tsp
salt
1
tbsp
parsley
(chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain, reserving 2 tbsp of water.
Boil frozen peas in water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
In a large pan, melt butter, add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds. Add cream, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
Stir in reserved water, parmesan, turkey, peas, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Combine with cooked pasta, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
You can add extra herbs or cheese for more flavor.
