Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar; press into an 8×8 inch pan lined with parchment.
Bake crust for 18-20 minutes. Prepare lemon filling by whisking sugar, flour, eggs, lemon juice, zest, and salt.
Pour lemon mixture over hot crust and bake for another 20 minutes until edges are set.
Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
