A moist and flavorful bread bursting with fresh blueberries and zesty lemon, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients and lemon zest in a bowl.
Whisk eggs, milk, oil, and lemon juice until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 55-65 minutes; cool before serving.
Notes
Use fresh blueberries for best flavor, but frozen work well too.
