A quick and flavorful seafood dish featuring succulent shrimp in a zesty lemon butter garlic sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Shrimp

large shrimp, peeled and deveined
(tails on or off as preferred)

unsalted butter

lemon, juice and zest

crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
Rinse and dry the shrimp, then season with salt and pepper.
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add shrimp to the skillet, cook for 2 minutes until pink, then flip.
Add remaining butter, lemon juice, zest, and red pepper flakes; cook for 1-2 minutes until coated and cooked through.
Remove from heat, stir in parsley, and serve immediately with rice or pasta, garnished with lemon slices.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or a pinch of paprika.
