Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth. Prepare egg wash with egg and water.
Unfold puff pastry, spread cream cheese mixture and lemon curd on the middle, then fold edges and create lattice pattern.
Brush with egg wash, bake for 20 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled pastry before serving.
