This flavorful turkey breast is infused with fresh herbs, lemon, and garlic, then roasted to perfection for a delicious centerpiece.

Instructions
Season the turkey with salt and black pepper.
Melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter and cook garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Mix garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and herbs in a bowl.
Rub herb butter on the turkey, tie with kitchen twine, and marinate or roast immediately.
Preheat oven to 375°F and roast until internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 1 hour.
Rest for 10 minutes, then remove twine and slice to serve.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate overnight, but roasting immediately also yields great results.
