This flavorful turkey breast is infused with fresh herbs, garlic, and lemon, then roasted to perfection for a juicy and aromatic main dish.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix garlic, herbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper; whisk in olive oil and melted butter.
Pat turkey dry, loosen skin, and spread herb mixture under and over skin.
Squeeze lemon juice over turkey, place in roasting pan, and roast for 1.5-2 hours until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Rest for 15-20 minutes, then carve and serve.
