This flavorful turkey breast is infused with fresh herbs, garlic, and lemon, then roasted to perfection for a juicy and aromatic main dish.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs turkey breast, bone-in
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon zested
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix garlic, herbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper; whisk in olive oil and melted butter.
  • Pat turkey dry, loosen skin, and spread herb mixture under and over skin.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over turkey, place in roasting pan, and roast for 1.5-2 hours until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • Rest for 15-20 minutes, then carve and serve.

Use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness.
