Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dill

Instructions 

  • Combine chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon pepper seasoning. Marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper to make the sauce. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Divide grilled chicken into bowls. Drizzle with creamy lemon sauce. Garnish with dill or lemon wedge.
