A delicious twist on classic nachos, loaded onto crispy fries with seasoned beef and cheesy toppings.

taco seasoning mix

shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss fries with oil, salt, and pepper; bake 20 minutes until crispy.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; add taco seasoning and water, simmer 5 minutes.
Transfer fries to a platter, top with seasoned beef, then sprinkle cheeses. Broil 2-3 minutes until melted.
Add tomatoes, jalapeños, green onions, olives; finish with sour cream and cilantro.
Notes
For extra flavor, add hot sauce or extra jalapeños.
