A delicious and creamy overnight oats recipe infused with fresh mango and coconut flavors, perfect for a quick breakfast.

canned coconut milk

plain Greek yogurt

ripe mango, diced

Instructions
Blend half of the diced mango until smooth.
Combine oats, milk, coconut milk, yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt in a jar.
Stir until well mixed, then add the blended mango.
Fold in remaining mango and shredded coconut, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Stir before serving and add a splash of milk if needed.
