A deliciously sweet and savory salmon dish glazed with a vibrant mango teriyaki sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

salmon fillets (skin on or off)

ripe mango
ripe mango, peeled and chopped

low sodium soy sauce

Instructions
Combine mango, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan. Simmer 5–7 minutes, then blend until smooth.
Return sauce to pan, add cornstarch slurry, and simmer 2–3 minutes until thickened. Set aside.
Pat salmon dry, season lightly, and sear in a hot skillet 3–4 minutes skin-side down, then flip and cook 2–3 minutes.
Brush or spoon mango teriyaki sauce over salmon, allowing it to caramelize for 30–60 seconds.
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds, green onions, and lime wedges.
Notes
Use fresh mango for the best flavor and adjust cooking time based on your stove.
