Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper, dredge in flour.
Heat oil and melt butter; sear chicken until golden, then set aside.
Cook garlic in the same skillet, add chicken stock to deglaze.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, simmer, then add sun-dried tomatoes.
Return chicken to skillet, garnish with herbs, and serve.
