Instructions
Mix all dry spices and rub half onto the chicken.
Cook chicken in oil until browned, then remove.
Cook pasta until just under al dente, then drain.
Sauté onions and garlic in butter, add sun-dried tomatoes and tomato paste, then stir in cream, stock, and spices. Boil briefly.
Add pasta and parmesan to sauce, then top with cooked chicken and garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the sauce simmer a few minutes before serving.
