Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Matcha Powder (culinary grade)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ cup Light Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 2 Large Eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Add-ins

  • 1 ½ cups White Chocolate Chips or Chunks

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients: flour, matcha, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cream butter with sugars until fluffy, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, then fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough onto baking sheets, bake 9-11 minutes, cool on racks.
