Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and place tilapia fillets inside.
Mix cherry tomatoes, olives, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Pour the mixture over the tilapia fillets evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily.
Garnish with chopped basil or parsley and serve immediately.
