A quick and flavorful pasta salad combining tuna, olives, and a creamy mayo dressing, perfect for a light lunch or picnic.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 250 grams rotini or fusilli pasta

Protein

  • 1 can tuna (drained)

Dairy

  • 2 pieces boiled eggs

Vegetables & Olives

  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives (pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions

Condiments

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tuna, boiled eggs, olives, capers, and onions.
  • Add mayonnaise and mix until evenly coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
