These mini beef cheeseburger sliders are perfect for parties and gatherings, offering juicy, flavorful bites with melty cheese and fresh toppings.

1smallonion(finely diced, optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a sheet pan with foil and lightly grease.
Mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and diced onion if using. Press into a 9x13 inch rectangle on the prepared pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, drain excess fat, then top with cheese slices and bake 1-2 minutes until melted.
Split buns, warm bottoms in oven for 2-3 minutes. Transfer beef slab onto bottoms, add ketchup, mustard, pickles, lettuce, and tomato. Cover with bun tops.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and salt, brush over tops, sprinkle sesame seeds if using. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes. Slice and serve.
