These mini beef cheeseburger sliders are perfect for parties and gatherings, offering juicy, flavorful bites with melty cheese and fresh toppings.

Ingredients

Meat and Buns

  • 1.5 pounds ground beef 80/20
  • 12 pack slider buns (soft and slightly sweet)
  • 6 slices American or cheddar cheese (halved)
  • 1 small onion (finely diced, optional)
  • Dill pickle chips Dill pickle chips
  • Ketchup and mustard Ketchup and mustard
  • Mayonnaise optional Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper Salt and black pepper
  • optional Sesame seeds Sesame seeds (for topping)
  • optional Shredded lettuce and tomato slices Shredded lettuce and tomato slices

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a sheet pan with foil and lightly grease.
  • Mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and diced onion if using. Press into a 9x13 inch rectangle on the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, drain excess fat, then top with cheese slices and bake 1-2 minutes until melted.
  • Split buns, warm bottoms in oven for 2-3 minutes. Transfer beef slab onto bottoms, add ketchup, mustard, pickles, lettuce, and tomato. Cover with bun tops.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and salt, brush over tops, sprinkle sesame seeds if using. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes. Slice and serve.

Notes

For best results, ensure even pressing of the beef mixture for uniform cooking and melting.
