Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.
Mix milk, eggs, and honey in a bowl. Add muffin mix and combine.
Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full with batter, then add a piece of hot dog.
Bake for 8-12 minutes until golden and firm.
Cool for 12 minutes, then remove and serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
Use nonstick spray generously to prevent sticking.
